Do yuou want to be earning in excess of pesos 1500 an hour in Philippines?

My last email was sent on Sat and and I hope you had a great long weekend. 1st Nov 2011
Back to reality & work on Tuesday.
Do you know what is your most valuable financial asset right now?

Is it all the property you have acquired or your savings, shares on the stock market or your mind?

You will be shocked! It’s none of the above!

Rather its the ability to be able to create wealth…

In other words, it’s your “Earning Ability”.

Do you want me to help you increase this “Earning Ability” of yours now?

Most Filipinos earn between p60 and hour to p500 an hour.
ie. if you are a Jolibee crew hand you will get around 10,000 p a month or if you were a Top Programmer you will get around p100,000 a month.
The sad news is most people earn less than 120peso an hour.
The “GOOD NEWS” is

I know about a US company on Ayala Ave, Makati, that is looking for people whom they will train and in 6 to 12 months you have the potential to be on p1500 an hour.

Yes this is true! You will get to meet not one or two on this level but more than 50 people currently earning well over 80,000 part time in less than 8 months.

Do You Want To Find Out More?

Our next seminar is at
6.45 pm on Thursday & Friday this week
Ayala Ave, Makati
(near Makati Stock Exchange)
We will send you the exact office address once you show you are interested

If interested please send a text message below to

Are You A Filipino? Do You Want To Earn 1500 Pesos An Hour?

October 29, 2011 by

A couple of days ago I sent out a short brief email to my subscribers and the response was just very encouraging.

I promised the ones who text me back I would help them look at something very exciting.

Today’s question is why do some people earn 70 to 120 pesos an hour while others earn around 300 pesos an hour.

Is it luck! … OR  is it being prepared?
I will call it being prepared. There is no such thing as being lucky. Though I strongly believe in that there is such a thing called “bad luck” if you are not prepared.

In the last email I spoke about that there is no real secret about success. Its about hard consistent work to get results.

So if we are actually working hard why is it that we seem not to get ahead in life. Probably this email may have some clues for you.

Did you know…

Our jobs are really set up to pay our bills, and not to actually make us rich. We just survive on wages.

If you want to know why just read this blog post ( I have two case studies there that will enlighten you) and come back to this email and keep reading.

http://mlmincomeguaranteed.com/two-case-studies-on-why-people-cannot-save-money-in-the-philiipines

Today’s Message…

So here is something I had planned to share to you to help you move forward.

A few days ago I was skimming through the chapters of “Flight Plan“, one of Brian Tracy’s books and came across a very useful piece of information that I like to share with you. Incidentally Brian is one of my mentors.

Brian says that our brains are our most valuable assets and if we are not investing in ourselves how else can we actually see any progress in our wealth.

He mentions…

What we are getting in the way of wages or profits today are the efforts of what we had invested into ourselves in the years gone by. So if you are 25 years old right now and are earning around 20,000 pesos, it’s all due to the studies you put in at school, college, etc.

So if you are complaining why life is not giving you more then keep reading…

Now if you want to be earning double, triple or 5 times more income you must add more value to yourself in order to command more income.

Nothing is free! You need to sow before you reap.

You can reap before you sow!

That’s probably why you are right now reading this email or post and I encourage you to learn.

Now the message for today is…

“Do you want to increase your current rate of pay?

First let us start with what you know.

May I ask you what you currently earn per hour from your company. If you are not aware of what your hourly rate of pay is, I will help you calculate that.

It’s simply your total income for the year ( 26 weeks times fortnightly income) divided by 2000 ( this is the number of hours an ordinary person would work per year).

For example: If you are on 20,000 pesos a month, then your yearly income is 240,000 pesos hence your hourly rate is a mere php 120.

If you are currently in middle management you will be on Php 240 per hour or senior managers will be getting php 360 per hour.

The Question???

If I could help you earn PHP 1500 per hour right now in your very own business on a part time basis…

WOULD YOU KEEP READING!

Is it attractive to be earning 10 to 12 times more per hour part time?

Would you like to have a pay increase right of 1500 pesos per hour within 6 to 8 months from now.

What You need to do?

All you need to do right now is be open minded, willing to acquire more skills sets and knowledge and eager to earn more.

This is what may happen to you…

We will show you two important things that can happen to you within 6 months from now:

  • US Dollars: You will start to earn US Dollars indexed to the US rate of pay not the Philippine rate. What does this mean? You will get paid for a job at the same rate as an American or Australian worker gets. So if you were working in the Philippines and I in Australia for a call center company servicing say “Ford Motors” customers, we will get the same rate. For the first time the Filipino is ahead financially as he will receive US Dollars for his efforts but will pay for necessities such as rent, food, transport, etc in pesos. He can save a lot and get ahead in life faster than before.
  • Weekly Income: Secondly you will get paid on a weekly basis. Yes that is US Dollars into your BDO account each and every thursday. Is it great to be earning weekly. YES! it is as you can budget and live better.

How To Access This Vital Information:

So where do you get the information on how to earn more part time in the Philippines right now.

So how can you increase your rate of pay from 120 pesos an hour as a call center employee, BPI bank clerk or that of a Jolibee crew hand to over 1500 pesos an hour.

This is all you need to do right now:

Look forward to help you move forward soon.

October 12, 2011 by
Filed under Case Studies, Work At Home

This is the extract of the email I sent out to my members  a few days ago….
The subject line of today’s email is earning 50,000 php per week.
Is it possible.
Its up to you if you read the email fully to find out how I am helping people to do so in Makati right now.
But first in case you missed last week’s email…
Last week I sent you an email why Filipinos just can’t save enough for retirement.

PS: If by chance you have started to earn extra income of over 50,000 pesos a week then please delete my subscription now.

But if you still want me to mentor you please keep reading as this email is important for your
Financial literacy.
Before I share with you how to earn 50,000 pesos a week I need to share with you
what businesses can give you income of over 10,000 a month in the Philippines.
Today we will look at what type of businesses are available for you to make
extra income in the Philippines.

Business Headaches:

But before I talk about that I must warn you that business comes with headaches:
  • Risk
  • Huge Capital Investment
  • Experience required
  • Staff problems
  • Huge Time Investment
  • Health Suffers
  • Family Suffers

What Businesses Can You Buy In The Philippines With Your Savings

1.) Now imagine you have 50,000 Pesos to invest:

You can either buy a Mini Sari Sari store or a small barbeque to place on
the footpath and make a small income of
8000 to 12,000 pesos a month, or

2.) 100,000 php for a Food Cart Franchise:
You will need then to stock this up with another 50,000 for stock and pay
rent monthly.
The income will be around 30,000 pesos a month.

3.) What will 250,000 Pesos in the Philippines buy you today?
A food business Franchise, and
Income of around 60 to 80,000 pesos

4.) If you invest 500,000 pesos you may get
a Water Station, computer shop or laundry business.
The income is around 80 to 100,000 pesos a month

5.) By the way Jolibee Franchises are:
Over 45 Million and can give you
Income of around 500,000 Pesos a month

That is great but how many people in the Philippines have 45 Million to
invest.

The good news is:

Today you can start a home based business in a US company that is just 30
months old in the Philippines.

With just 36,000 pesos you can earn over 200,000 to 600,000 pesos per
month.

Part time and be your own boss.

The good thing is you dont have any business headaches such as mentioned above:

Risk
Huge Capital Investment
Experience required
Staff problems
HUge Time Investment
Health Suffers
Family Suffers

Home Based Business Tips On Earning Extra In The Philippines

February 6, 2011 by

There are signs around to take notice off!

Check everything out.

I am sitting in the Seattle’s Best Coffee, a cafe in Greenbelt 2, Makati City, Philippines. This is day 8 and the start of week 2 in the Philippines here after I arrived from Brisbane last Sunday.

This year I am even more focused on my mission here in Manila looking for the keen business developer who wants to partner me in my growth in my global home based business here in the Philipines.

Unlike last year I am not interested in taking time out in helping people if they are not ready for change. How do I create change in people if they don’t want to initiate it. Yes, it does take extra effort and a bit of time but “Nothing Changes If Nothing Changes!”

In the last 7 years in network marketing, I have realized that for my business to grow I had to implement change from the top and that starts with me. Here are some of the changes I have started to place into my life:…

  • I am Placing myself where positive people mingle…
  • I have started to ask people more powerful than me for help. This maybe for ideas, mentorship or direction in what I do. I am also asking them to endorse me to family and friends. …
  • This year I am looking for just 2 or 3 focused people who want change badly.

This short list has helped me to stay focus and not to look at all the noise and fuss that happens when you are sharing a networking marketing business with people. I am looking for people who want more out of life and want it now.

They should not have excuses and use time, money or family as a reason why they should wait. These people must be willing to come in at the business level, be willing to be mentored and be taught what makes the business work if they are to join my team in business.

They should not question the system but rather find out how they can use the business model in building a successful home based business in the Philippines and globally. Having an acceptance that business does have an initial investment, running cost both monthly and yearly and some consistent work is a must for success.

If you have what it takes to become successful, not afraid of change and can learn from failures to grow more powerful then let’s hear from you.

One of the most important qualities I am looking for is the ability to learn and help others to learn. Passing on knowledge is foremost in networking business and I am willing to help you learn all of this. You will have to give me your time and energy for the first month and do everything I ask you to do if you want to join my team.
