I also want to draw your attention to a great formula I learnt about evaluating people and their intentions from my mentor John.

He calls it the “Wanna Bee Rules”!
Have you heard of the saying “I wanna be a doctor, or I wanna be a pilot”! Well these people are called “wanna bees” by my friend John.

Let me explain the 4 types of wanna bees you will come across in your career.

Never Bees: these people somehow don’t have the skills or abilities suited for what you are offering them and never be a success in your organization. An example here is quite often we want a family member to share in your so called business and entice him or her to become part of it, inspire of the fact they may never have the skills or ability to ever make a success of it. I would recommend that you either ignore them or just try and make them customers of yours.

Could Bees: this group of people appear to have the skills and abilities and may be confident and mislead you in believing they could be valuable in your business. But they are missing one important factor for success and that’s being disciplined. They just don’t like coming for trainings, reading books or have an opinion on all subjects, without even knowing what it’s all about. These people are a waste of time as they are not suited for you to try motivating.

Should Bees: this is one group you pay close attention to. These people may have a little skills and some abilities and are open to change and will follow and allow you to mentor them. They are disciplined and is see success as long as you are a good mentor to them.

Must Bees: these people have all the abilities and skills needed for success but so far as lacked the right opportunity for real success. Reach out to them and you will have a great leader.

How to apprectiate your home based business, Work from home

How Good Is Your Company?

Case Study-1:

In today world we are faced with trying times, but inspite of this there are huge opportunities abounding.

PS: If you find my story below interesting how about we connect either through Facebook or get my eNewsletter so I can mentor you. I run a global home based business and look for people from time to time to mentor.

Now for the rest of the story….

People all around talk about hardships and trials that come their way daily. They most often complain about their employers and always want more from their employment rather than say let’s give more to our company and keep our company afloat in difficult financial times.

How about we learn to give before we demand!

I was impressed with a story that my brother-in-law a few months ago narrated. He mentioned something over dinner to a bunch of us guys one night in Brisbane on one of my trips back home this year from Manila in the Philippines. He is a very generous, gracious and unassuming guy and we all love him for his gentle nature. He is over 6 feet tall and is a gentle giant.

Now Frank ( I am sure he won’t mind me mentioning his name here) belongs to a huge mining company in Queensland, Australia and was speaking of special bonuses the mine has for its employees. One such bonus for existing employees at that time was to reward an existing employee if they were to recommend a future employee to the mining company.

What a way to attract staff to a company. Word of mouth advertising is the best recomendation for any company. We all do networking of sorts everyday and this moning company was using existing staff to market their company through word of mouth marketing, Networking!

The bonus was good, around $2000 if I remember right which is probably the wage of the new employee for a week. In other words its a close Matching Bonus to what an employee would get for a week.

 How good was that!

Imagine getting a one OFF “Matching Bonus” for every employee you brought into the mining company. That would pay for any existing bills or even a good holiday if you knew of an electrician the mine needed.

You could set up your own little recruiting agency on the side just to supply workers to the mine, LOL!

Better still what if you came across a deal or a permanent promotion from your company that rewarded you to recommend your company to others. What if this company gave you a BONUS every time the future employee earned and better still what if you got it for 26 weeks of the life of that new employee in your company.

 Would that be exciting!

And here is another more exciting thing. If your company could give you a 100% Match of the future employee’s earnings would you get even more excited.

 I would!

So why do companies do this?

Global companies want to attract the best people into the work force whether it be miners or sales people. Quite often and most often these people are hidden away from the public eye and maybe be known to someone in the existing company.

It’s far cheaper for the company to pay an existing staff member to find a trusted hard working worker than to find an ad with a marketing agency to do the recruiting.

Now the new employee has friends in the company who will train and support him. This is priceless to the employer as the best training is from trained staff. It does not cost more for the company in way of training and the training is the best. there is a vested interest for a trained staff to mentor the new comer.

That’s why they reward you. For all your hard efforts in helping the employer to grow and increase business.

Now there are many home based business offers in Australia, US, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines that come close to what I mentioned above but you need to look for them.

If you want more information on what I have been talking about and want an opportunity to earn some exciting bonuses then please do drop me a line through this webpage.

I am sure I can steer you in the right direction with Home based busines ideas.

How To Work Smart And Earn Extra Income In The Philippines

November 2, 2010 by
Filed under Network Marketng, The Philippines

I like to share a little secret which will cost you nothing right now.

I am writing this article to all call center employees in the Philippines. Let me show you how you may start earning extra money part-time with just 2 to 3 hours work a day and maybe 2 to 4 days of work a week.  Find Out More>>

Want to earn more!

Best of all you will be paid in US Dollars weekly. Yes its going to be in US dolars and paid weekly. Our company is looking for highly motivated individuals who can form a small team of just four people to increase the company sales in the Philippines. The company is US based and the position is global so if you or your team get clients overseas the company will give you a bonus on that too.

Are you a team leader?

This probably is what you are accustomed to do right now so keep listening! So what do you get for this extra work. How much is the income you could generate with a little part time effort after working hours. We shall let you know…. Keep Reading….

Most Filipinos and Filipinas are accustomed to work 9 to 10 hour shifts with probably 2 to 3 works for commuting back and forth to work each day from home to office. Most of the call center jobs are in the night as the work is directed to service the clients in the west. Working these odd hours are compensated well by the foreign companies employing their Philippine workers but it comes at a price.

Are you tired, fed up with working the late hours and want a great job working for yourself?

These people, like you work at night. They bodies just do not get time to relax and detox and the harmful effect is huge over time on their bodies. The work load is huge and people in these high rise offices work like battery hens taking call after call with little or no time to breathe between calls. The working conditions are so unfair and unlike those seen in the call centers in the US or Australia. Yet call center staff feel the do well all because they get paid a small amount more than the regular office worker.  Get our newsletter now!

Family life suffers and most of the socialising is done in the wee hours of the mornings in the bars, night clubs or Starbucks around the Manila CBD district. The same is seen in Baguio, Cebu or Ortigas in Manila.

Do you want Extra Income Potential of $200 USD per week Now!

Find out how to earn!

The Philipino gets paid in pesos which is roughly between 12K to 18K depending upon the account you are servicing. This works out to roughly $300 to $400 USD a month. You may get some extra incentives if you are attached to a sales account but that all to it. In the west the counter part gets a good weekly wage of over $800 a week with normal working conditions such as superannuation, holiday and sick pay. They get coffee and tea breaks and other worker benefits unlike those seen in the Philippines. And all that for a huge 5 to 6 day week for just $300USd a month in the Philippines.

Would you as a Philippine national working in the Philippines be interested to earn maybe $100 to $200 a week. Yes I mentioned a week with just 2 to 3 hours a day for maybe 2 to 3 days week for this extra wage mentioned above.

And best of all you pick your own hours. Income is paid weekly direct into your bank account. And if you are a high achiever and want to earn more we can mentor you to earn additional bonuses all done in the same 2 to 3 hours a day part time.

Now there are certain conditions which are mentioned below.

We are currently looking for individuals who want more in life, Who can envisage themselves earning 200 to 400 USD a week in 2 to 3 months of some part time effort; and who are empowered to look at themselves as “Entrepreneurs” who want to take control of their lives right now.

We are looking for people like you!

If you are such a person looking for change and want to break away from the rat race of life yet don’t want to take the risk associated with going into business by yourself to earn more then now is the time to ask for more information on how you may earn extra income in the Philippines parttime,

Pros & Cons Of Home Based Business, What to keep in mind when Looking at extra income

The Pros & Cons Of A Home Based Business

Having a business run from home has many advantages. We love having a low cost home run business simply because it could give us some extra cash and also for its flexibility. Men and women from all walks of life get attracted either from a hobby perspective or making money part time. Quite often these hobby businesses turn out to be very profitable enterprises.

To have a clear idea on how network marketing works look at the movie "BRILLIANT COMPENSATION".

Home Based Business has many virtues as well as short comings. For people who want independence yet with a feeling of interdependence then a good home based business in network marketing will provide you all that. Most network marketing companies will offer you the freedom to work for yourself and yet not by yourself. This way you get the best of both worlds.

The freedom to work for oneself and the promise of extra income is always very attractive. Most home based business are relatively cheap and easy to get into with little or no past experienced required.

Most networking or franchise opportunities give the new business owner ample resources to get started on the right track.

Network marketing is a fantastic way to start and though it may have many advantages it can also have its short comings , though they maybe comparatively few. To mention a few, well  to start with you need discipline and focus. You need to set your goals and game plan to succeed. Though you have a lot of support and mentoring you do need to have a very strong desire and a huge dream in place. This is help heaps when you feel discouraged and want to quit as most often what you invested is not a lot and quitting can be a lazy option out especially when you have not much to lose as compared to a franchise investment, where quitting is not easy.

Want to know what the wealthy buy on PayDay then Click Here>>>

The drawback of a franchise is that it will cost a bit more. You are buying a proven business model and have to work the hours to make the income. In franchises you do work for yourself and also by yourself. You have fantastic training from the Franchisers yet you are expected to work your business all by yourself. You can ask for advice and quite often its free. Other times you may be billed for specialized training. Most extensive training in franchises will have to be paid for and most often you are compelled to attend as its part of your franchise agreement.

Most franchises start off at around the $25K mark and the income is limited to the hours worked. This is similar to traditional business models. Some franchises can make you very rich depending on the amount spent or the franchise purchased into.

Special Recommendations

Look at a special movie called Brilliant Compensation … Clcik here>>

I shall go into the pros and cons of comparing the two ie  "networking vs franchises" in a later review. If you want information fast take a look at two special videos on a website of mine. Click here!

Disclaimer: I do not make any income claims nor do I run down network marketing or franchising. Each has their place in our business world. My little exercise here is just my thoughts to help you move forward right now.

What do I mean by "Independence"?

Most people want to be their own boss and try their best to run away from employment only to risk everything in a tiny ice cream franchise or single operator venture to find themselves trapped even more than when they were in employment. Good examples in the western world are lawn mowing franchises. You get a slightly above income yet work more than a 40 hour week in the harsh sun.

Trying to find independence by jumping into business may not be the right way to go about looking for a solution to your financial worries or better working conditions. If you do that you will find that you have created a bigger trap than what employment had in store for you.

Want to learn a clever way to work  >>> Click Here.

Just take a stroll around your local Super mart and see the poor operators working or for a better word- "SLAVING" away the lion share of the hours just to scrap together a living. They most often cannot take extended holidays like most well paid, or above average paid employees enjoy.

So why do they do this to themselves? The answer is most people live paycheck to paycheck. They don’t save up or have any financial backing behind them. When they lose their jobs or come to retirement they are forced to take on extra work.

Most often they cannot find work because they are too old or not skilled for the next job. So the only way they can get a living is to buy themselves a job. Just look around you and see what the age group of ice cream vendors, lawn movers, courier drivers are? Most will be over 40 years old and quite a few over 55 Years old.

Do you want to be like them too?

If nothing changes nothing will change and you will find yourself doing what they are doing in 5 to 10 years from now… Slaving Away!!

Do you see yourself doing this?

These poor people have risked their home mortgages to get the finances together to raise capital just to buy themselves a job. Shopping Center management love these people as they pay high rentals and will not easily walk away from their leases as they can be sued. I was one such victim 11 years ago.

I am speaking from Experiences!

I am speaking from experiences of being one such operator in the nineties. It was hard work. I rarely saw the sun, let alone my kids back then.

Most small time operators actually do that going from a 38 hour week to maybe working over 65 to 70 hours for less money. They call themselves being the boss but in reality they actually work harder for less money. They may seem to earn more. Have a bigger house, fancy cars, etc. But do they have the free time to enjoy it all. Most often the poor family works late into the night just catching up with the day’s paperwork and getting ready for the next day’s work load.

Is there a better way? Click Here>>>

Well here are some of the Pros of having a home based business:

  • You work for yourself
  • You set your working hours if all is good
  • You define your work place and who you work with
  • Your income most often depends entirely on your efforts. Most often you land up earning more than what you get from a job. Though you may be putting in 30 to 50% more time.
  • You do not answer to any one
  • You can have a feeling of satisfaction when things go your way

The Cons of a homebased Business:

  • If you have staff they answer to you and any mistakes you get to keep the blame
  • You can land up working longer hours as your work spot is in your spare bedroom, only a few feet away.
  • If the business makes little or no money you don’t get any income
  • If you work harder you don’t get over time
  • All initial expenses will come out from your personal savings.

In spite of this most people want to work for themselves. There is a catch.

If you want to have a business make sure its INTERDEPENDENT or in other words, though it may look like you are now independently working for yourselves you are not working by yourself. You have a team of people who also work independently yet all of you contribute or are responsible in a way for each others success.

This can translate in a WIN-WIN for all.

Find a business model that does not compromise the two parties in the business, its a win-win for both.

You can pool in your resources of skills and time and build huge businesses for yourself yet be independent.

I hope I have not got you all confused by now.

Most people are not aware that MLM or multi-level marketing companies offer individuals to do exactly that to the last letter. You work independently though you are not by yourself. Your co-distributors as well as the company will train and support you to get your your first cheque. No-where else will you get free training as that seen in network marketing companies. In fact you will be encouraged to do better in the team as your performance will never undermine that of the team in any way. ( Other topics- How to select a home based business?)

This is a great WIN-WIN proposition where there are no compromises. Everyone will win on their their terms.

If you have no idea what is network marketing then here is a simple explanation. I have a fantastic video on one of my sites and you are welcome to go there and see what the whole concept is all about. The information is totally free. In case you want to know which company i belong then drop me a line and I will share that with you too.
