Are you looking for a way to make extra income in 2012 in the Philippines

Dear Claude

I am in Queensland right now on a short break from my work in Manila, Philippines. I am loving the break, especially as I am with my family.

As I was driving up the Australian coast line last Friday afternoon with my wife Vicki we started to play a CD of Robert Kiyosaki. The title of the Cd was “BUSINESS IN THE 21ST CENTURY”.

What was interesting is the fact most of us are financially finding it hard to pay our bills and even if we are paying our bills we just don’t have enough money in the bank in case we loose our jobs tomorrow to survive more than 6 months without income, let alone a month. This is so true with people all over the world, whether it be in Australia, Philippines, Canada or USA.

Most people are living paycheck to paycheck! Do you agree with me?

We constantly expect our employers to look after us and give us the best salary packages for our survival. But can these companies do that especially when there is a financial crisis happening since 2009.

Isn’t it time we take a more proactive approach and decide enough is enough and start to look at what opportunities are available for us to do better in life. We need to do something different to what we have done or else we will get the same result as that of last year again and again. 2012 will be no different and so will every year on. So lets change!

A job is just not the answer as we just can work 8 to 10 hours, 5 or 6 days a week. So how else can we get ahead and make more money?

The answer is getting into business. Then its which business model do we embrace.

To answer that…

I would like to invite you today to take a look at a way that you can turn 2012 around and make it a year to remember. But I can’t do this for you. You need to do your due diligence and see if this is for you. So…

Please click the link below for more information on what I am talking about.

Look forward to keep helping you in the weeks and months ahead.

Warm Regards

Two Case Studies On Why People Cannot Save Money In The Philiipines

October 10, 2011 by
Filed under Case Studies, The Philippines

A few days ago I sent an email out about why we need to look at earning extra income.
Here you will find two case studies to read through. Its worth the effort to read this email extract to my mailing list.
In my last email I mentioned why we may need more money. Here are some reasons:
  • Having more time for family, or
  • saving for a holiday, or
  • Paying some bill off or Saving for retirement.

Whatever the reasons you may have, I may have a solution but first I want to share with you why you are finding it so hard to get ahead in life today.

Here are two examples….

Case Study-1: Imagine you are in the work force for just 4 years!

You are earning 15,000 Php right now. After SSS and other deductions you will be left with probably 13,000 P.

Right!

So where does this money go…

  • Rent        p3000 for boarding house
  • Food        P 4000
  • Transport    p3000 for jeepmei
  • Internet/ Load    p1000
  • Water/Electricity    p1000

This totals to p 12,000p LEAVING you with just p1000 for

Toileteries, clothes, medicine, movies, presents, etc!

Is this enough!!!!! Do you get the picture why so many people go overseas now to work.

Case Study-2: ( Senior Manager Income)

Now Imagine

You are a middle manager earning p45,000 a month.

My question is are you saving p10,000 to 15,000 php a month in savings.

If you are, GOOD!

But here is the problem.

Lets see what your savings will be in TIME…

  • If you are 30 years old right now and saving p10,000
  • In 12 months it will grow to (by p10,000 by 12) p120,000 and
  • You are now 31 years old.

After 10 Years you will be 41 Years old and your savings will be

  • now p 120,000 times 10 = P 1.2 Million

Can you buy a house with this?  No No!

In another 10 years you will be 51 years old and

  • your savings will be now p 2.4 Million Pesos.

So even at 51 years old you cannot pay for your condo.

Is there a solution to this problem?

YES! There is. Our company is looking for people to help market our products in the Philippines and overseas using online and offline methods. We will teach you how.

But first,

You will need to swallow your pride and learn 21 st Century ways to earn faster.

Are you teachable!!!

PSS: Now if you are still not interested in changing your life please unsubscribe right now. You will find the link below. You will never ever get an email from me again, promise.

But if you are still reading then wait for my next email as I will send you some exciting information why change is important if you want to change the way you are living today.

The Essential Filipino… Whats your dream?

learn to change your destiny

Hi

I just read a story entitled “ The Essential Filipino” Discovering Dreams.

I’ll paraphrase it for you to keep it short.

A journalist was sent to write this story on the essential Filipino. After spending 3 days walking around the city of manila he was depressed because he thought that he would need much more time. After getting an extension of just one more day he went to the market places on Singalong, while there he saw a small boy selling fish balls from a cart, his shirt was torn and he had bare feet.

There was noise and kayos all around the boy was not disturbed he was dancing like Michael Jackson and looked to very happy, the journalist walked up to him and as he got close he noticed ear phones and very loud music, the journalist screamed at the boy to get his attention, the boy pulled the earphones out of his ears and handed them to the journalist, putting them close to his ear he could hear the rock music blaring out and handed them back with a smile, the boy put them back in his ears. The journalist got his attention again, the boy pulled one of the earphones out, then said fish balls sir, want to buy?

The journalist said nice earphones, huh?

The boy handed him the MP3 player, he looked at it and said nice, where did you get this? It is first class and very expensive, they don’t match your air-conditioned shirt.

I saved my income from selling fish balls for a whole year, nice huh?

Why don’t you buy a shirt or some shoes?

No need, not important, clothes don’t make me happy, just music.

You mean to tell me you kill yourself for a year just for these?

Yes sir, why not? What would you buy? What’s your dream? Me this is my dream, but now it’s real. I don’t need shirts and shoes, just a dream of dancing. So what’s your dream?

He thought for a while, well I dream about getting this story done, no that’s not a dream, well I guess I don’t really have one the journalist said.

That’s too bad, you must be very sad, the boy said. I know buy an MP3 player.

But that’s not my dream, said the journalist.

So what is your dream. There must be something that you really, really, want?

I’ve been working so hard for so long, all I do is work, work, work, I forget what I really dream of.

The boy said, I also work, work, work, you must find a dream and go for it.

The journalist realised that the essential Filipino, wasn’t about stuff and lifestyle, just a dream, a free spirit not to have to do, but just be…

So what’s your dream? How are you being in the world? Are you a free spirit or have you been caught up in life and left your dream behind?

I think the most important point to come out of this story is to go back in time to a place long ago and rediscover what our dreams really are. As I go though my days talking to people about better health, or starting their own home based business or changing other people’s lives, I find that people have forgotten the dreams that they once had just like the journalist, and it takes some, a very long time to come up with just a small dream they once had, let alone a big dream.

So the question remains… WHAT”S YOUR DREAM?

Maybe it was to have an income from home, or better health, or more free time with you family and friends, or to help others, if so talk to me I can help you with those, If not, then what?

If you don’t know what it is you’ll never get it. Bring it to mind and give it life again.

How to build work from home opportunities successfully

Happy moments!

Originally uploaded by Claude Fullinfaw

Here is an overview of my trips building in overseas markets my Network Marketing Business.

These are notes I created on the topics I shared with my team in Brisbane this week.

Getting started in Manila…
I landed in Manila in Feb of 2010 and immediately found an apartment near my company’s head office in Makati. I soon get involved in social groups and immersed myself into the gym and local church with the intention of getting to know the community around me in Manila so that I could build a network of friends.

This was useful advice I had received in July of 2010 from my general manager in Sydney on how to create bigger business. She mentioned we needed to establish friendships and create networks if we wanted to succeed in what we plan to do.

At that time I could not make sense of what she was saying as I wanted to build fast and make money quick.

This is my advice, there is no easy road to success and success is no ATM machine.

Progress comes at a price and there are many toll stations along the way on the road to success. Building relationships is one such toll you must pay.
