Are You A Filipino? Do You Want To Earn 1500 Pesos An Hour?
October 29, 2011 by admin
A couple of days ago I sent out a short brief email to my subscribers and the response was just very encouraging.
I promised the ones who text me back I would help them look at something very exciting.
Today’s question is why do some people earn 70 to 120 pesos an hour while others earn around 300 pesos an hour.
Is it luck! … ORÂ is it being prepared?
I will call it being prepared. There is no such thing as being lucky. Though I strongly believe in that there is such a thing called “bad luck” if you are not prepared.
In the last email I spoke about that there is no real secret about success. Its about hard consistent work to get results.
So if we are actually working hard why is it that we seem not to get ahead in life. Probably this email may have some clues for you.
Did you know…
Our jobs are really set up to pay our bills, and not to actually make us rich. We just survive on wages.
If you want to know why just read this blog post ( I have two case studies there that will enlighten you) and come back to this email and keep reading.

Today’s Message…
So here is something I had planned to share to you to help you move forward.
A few days ago I was skimming through the chapters of “Flight Plan“, one of Brian Tracy’s books and came across a very useful piece of information that I like to share with you. Incidentally Brian is one of my mentors.
Brian says that our brains are our most valuable assets and if we are not investing in ourselves how else can we actually see any progress in our wealth.
He mentions…
What we are getting in the way of wages or profits today are the efforts of what we had invested into ourselves in the years gone by. So if you are 25 years old right now and are earning around 20,000 pesos, it’s all due to the studies you put in at school, college, etc.
So if you are complaining why life is not giving you more then keep reading…
Now if you want to be earning double, triple or 5 times more income you must add more value to yourself in order to command more income.
Nothing is free! You need to sow before you reap.
You can reap before you sow!
That’s probably why you are right now reading this email or post and I encourage you to learn.
Now the message for today is…
“Do you want to increase your current rate of pay?
First let us start with what you know.
May I ask you what you currently earn per hour from your company. If you are not aware of what your hourly rate of pay is, I will help you calculate that.
It’s simply your total income for the year ( 26 weeks times fortnightly income) divided by 2000 ( this is the number of hours an ordinary person would work per year).
For example: If you are on 20,000 pesos a month, then your yearly income is 240,000 pesos hence your hourly rate is a mere php 120.
If you are currently in middle management you will be on Php 240 per hour or senior managers will be getting php 360 per hour.
The Question???
If I could help you earn PHP 1500 per hour right now in your very own business on a part time basis…
WOULD YOU KEEP READING!
Is it attractive to be earning 10 to 12 times more per hour part time?
Would you like to have a pay increase right of 1500 pesos per hour within 6 to 8 months from now.
What You need to do?
All you need to do right now is be open minded, willing to acquire more skills sets and knowledge and eager to earn more.
This is what may happen to you…
We will show you two important things that can happen to you within 6 months from now:
- US Dollars: You will start to earn US Dollars indexed to the US rate of pay not the Philippine rate. What does this mean? You will get paid for a job at the same rate as an American or Australian worker gets. So if you were working in the Philippines and I in Australia for a call center company servicing say “Ford Motors” customers, we will get the same rate. For the first time the Filipino is ahead financially as he will receive US Dollars for his efforts but will pay for necessities such as rent, food, transport, etc in pesos. He can save a lot and get ahead in life faster than before.
- Weekly Income: Secondly you will get paid on a weekly basis. Yes that is US Dollars into your BDO account each and every thursday. Is it great to be earning weekly. YES! it is as you can budget and live better.
How To Access This Vital Information:
So where do you get the information on how to earn more part time in the Philippines right now.
So how can you increase your rate of pay from 120 pesos an hour as a call center employee, BPI bank clerk or that of a Jolibee crew hand to over 1500 pesos an hour.
This is all you need to do right now:

Two Case Studies On Why People Cannot Save Money In The Philiipines
October 10, 2011 by admin
Filed under Case Studies, The Philippines
- Having more time for family, or
- saving for a holiday, or
- Paying some bill off or Saving for retirement.
Whatever the reasons you may have, I may have a solution but first I want to share with you why you are finding it so hard to get ahead in life today.
Here are two examples….
Case Study-1: Imagine you are in the work force for just 4 years!
You are earning 15,000 Php right now. After SSS and other deductions you will be left with probably 13,000 P.
Right!
So where does this money go…
- Rent      p3000 for boarding house
- Food      P 4000
- Transport   p3000 for jeepmei
- Internet/ Load   p1000
- Water/Electricity   p1000
This totals to p 12,000p LEAVING you with just p1000 for
Toileteries, clothes, medicine, movies, presents, etc!
Is this enough!!!!! Do you get the picture why so many people go overseas now to work.
Case Study-2: ( Senior Manager Income)
Now Imagine
You are a middle manager earning p45,000 a month.
My question is are you saving p10,000 to 15,000 php a month in savings.
If you are, GOOD!
But here is the problem.
Lets see what your savings will be in TIME…
- If you are 30 years old right now and saving p10,000
- In 12 months it will grow to (by p10,000 by 12) p120,000 and
- You are now 31 years old.
After 10 Years you will be 41 Years old and your savings will be
- now p 120,000 times 10 = P 1.2 Million
Can you buy a house with this? No No!
In another 10 years you will be 51 years old and
- your savings will be now p 2.4 Million Pesos.
So even at 51 years old you cannot pay for your condo.
Is there a solution to this problem?
YES! There is. Our company is looking for people to help market our products in the Philippines and overseas using online and offline methods. We will teach you how.
But first,
You will need to swallow your pride and learn 21 st Century ways to earn faster.
Are you teachable!!!

How to build work from home opportunities successfully
May 31, 2011 by admin
Filed under Business Building Tips, Network Marketng
Here is an overview of my trips building in overseas markets my Network Marketing Business.
These are notes I created on the topics I shared with my team in Brisbane this week.
Getting started in Manila…
I landed in Manila in Feb of 2010 and immediately found an apartment near my company’s head office in Makati. I soon get involved in social groups and immersed myself into the gym and local church with the intention of getting to know the community around me in Manila so that I could build a network of friends.
This was useful advice I had received in July of 2010 from my general manager in Sydney on how to create bigger business. She mentioned we needed to establish friendships and create networks if we wanted to succeed in what we plan to do.
At that time I could not make sense of what she was saying as I wanted to build fast and make money quick.
This is my advice, there is no easy road to success and success is no ATM machine.
Progress comes at a price and there are many toll stations along the way on the road to success. Building relationships is one such toll you must pay.
