Two Case Studies On Why People Cannot Save Money In The Philiipines

A few days ago I sent an email out about why we need to look at earning extra income.
Here you will find two case studies to read through. Its worth the effort to read this email extract to my mailing list.
In my last email I mentioned why we may need more money. Here are some reasons:
  • Having more time for family, or
  • saving for a holiday, or
  • Paying some bill off or Saving for retirement.

Whatever the reasons you may have, I may have a solution but first I want to share with you why you are finding it so hard to get ahead in life today.

Here are two examples….

Case Study-1: Imagine you are in the work force for just 4 years!

You are earning 15,000 Php right now. After SSS and other deductions you will be left with probably 13,000 P.

Right!

So where does this money go…

  • Rent        p3000 for boarding house
  • Food        P 4000
  • Transport    p3000 for jeepmei
  • Internet/ Load    p1000
  • Water/Electricity    p1000

This totals to p 12,000p LEAVING you with just p1000 for

Toileteries, clothes, medicine, movies, presents, etc!

Is this enough!!!!! Do you get the picture why so many people go overseas now to work.

Case Study-2: ( Senior Manager Income)

Now Imagine

You are a middle manager earning p45,000 a month.

My question is are you saving p10,000 to 15,000 php a month in savings.

If you are, GOOD!

But here is the problem.

Lets see what your savings will be in TIME…

  • If you are 30 years old right now and saving p10,000
  • In 12 months it will grow to (by p10,000 by 12) p120,000 and
  • You are now 31 years old.

After 10 Years you will be 41 Years old and your savings will be

  • now p 120,000 times 10 = P 1.2 Million

Can you buy a house with this?  No No!

In another 10 years you will be 51 years old and

  • your savings will be now p 2.4 Million Pesos.

So even at 51 years old you cannot pay for your condo.

Is there a solution to this problem?

YES! There is. Our company is looking for people to help market our products in the Philippines and overseas using online and offline methods. We will teach you how.

But first,

You will need to swallow your pride and learn 21 st Century ways to earn faster.

Are you teachable!!!

PSS: Now if you are still not interested in changing your life please unsubscribe right now. You will find the link below. You will never ever get an email from me again, promise.

But if you are still reading then wait for my next email as I will send you some exciting information why change is important if you want to change the way you are living today.

How to build work from home opportunities successfully

Happy moments!

Here is an overview of my trips building in overseas markets my Network Marketing Business.

These are notes I created on the topics I shared with my team in Brisbane this week.

Getting started in Manila…
I landed in Manila in Feb of 2010 and immediately found an apartment near my company’s head office in Makati. I soon get involved in social groups and immersed myself into the gym and local church with the intention of getting to know the community around me in Manila so that I could build a network of friends.

This was useful advice I had received in July of 2010 from my general manager in Sydney on how to create bigger business. She mentioned we needed to establish friendships and create networks if we wanted to succeed in what we plan to do.

At that time I could not make sense of what she was saying as I wanted to build fast and make money quick.

This is my advice, there is no easy road to success and success is no ATM machine.

Progress comes at a price and there are many toll stations along the way on the road to success. Building relationships is one such toll you must pay.

Home based business and how does it work in Philippines.

February 25, 2011 by
Filed under Network Marketng, The Philippines

Home based business may be enticing to a few people here in the Philippines, though when I ask them if they would look at a network marketing company they quite often say that they are not interested.

Upon probing I then find out they have either had a negative third part experience through a friend’s story or they are plain scared to try.

Most often when I dig deeper I find that these people fall into two categories

Winner or losers.

Losers are are people who just don’t want to try. They are opinionated and too entrenched in their comfort zone. Most often they are quick to give opinions.

I am looking for winners when I speaker to prospects here in Manila. Yes winners are also losers but they are winners because they are not afraid to lose. Failure as we all know is a measure on our success and is the stepping stone to success in anything especially in business.

Networking is easy, as we do referral marketing from our childhood days suggesting games, toys and movies to our playmates. As we grow up we start to make referrals to our favorite hairdresser, child care centers and restaurants.

So we do network marketing but do we get paid for the valuable referrals we make to these business everyday. The answer is no.

Would you like to get paid for such referrals every week in US Dollars?

Iif you are open to find a way out of the rat race and will consider looking at a networking business opportunity here in Manila, Philippines , please be free to contact me.

Home Based Business Tips On Earning Extra In The Philippines

February 6, 2011 by

There are signs around to take notice off!

Check everything out.

I am sitting in the Seattle’s Best Coffee, a cafe in Greenbelt 2, Makati City, Philippines. This is day 8 and the start of week 2 in the Philippines here after I arrived from Brisbane last Sunday.

This year I am even more focused on my mission here in Manila looking for the keen business developer who wants to partner me in my growth in my global home based business here in the Philipines.

Unlike last year I am not interested in taking time out in helping people if they are not ready for change. How do I create change in people if they don’t want to initiate it. Yes, it does take extra effort and a bit of time but “Nothing Changes If Nothing Changes!”

In the last 7 years in network marketing, I have realized that for my business to grow I had to implement change from the top and that starts with me. Here are some of the changes I have started to place into my life:…

  • I am Placing myself where positive people mingle…
  • I have started to ask people more powerful than me for help. This maybe for ideas, mentorship or direction in what I do. I am also asking them to endorse me to family and friends. …
  • This year I am looking for just 2 or 3 focused people who want change badly.

This short list has helped me to stay focus and not to look at all the noise and fuss that happens when you are sharing a networking marketing business with people. I am looking for people who want more out of life and want it now.

They should not have excuses and use time, money or family as a reason why they should wait. These people must be willing to come in at the business level, be willing to be mentored and be taught what makes the business work if they are to join my team in business.

They should not question the system but rather find out how they can use the business model in building a successful home based business in the Philippines and globally. Having an acceptance that business does have an initial investment, running cost both monthly and yearly and some consistent work is a must for success.

If you have what it takes to become successful, not afraid of change and can learn from failures to grow more powerful then let’s hear from you.

One of the most important qualities I am looking for is the ability to learn and help others to learn. Passing on knowledge is foremost in networking business and I am willing to help you learn all of this. You will have to give me your time and energy for the first month and do everything I ask you to do if you want to join my team.
