This post on my blog is not about you but rather the person inside you. I want to release this captive in you that is crying out today for freedom in the Philippines – freedom of choices! Do you want to be your own boss, working your own hours and making as much as you want right here in Manila, in your own home based business.
Strangely as it sounds we seem not to listen to the little voice inside us that is crying for change and more space to breathe. More time to do what it wants, with whom it wants and enjoy this beautiful place we called Planet Earth.
As you are aware you came to this site of mine on a whimsical idea of find a quick solution or way to become rich or find a fast way to make some quick money to either pay off a pending bill or maybe add to your existing income right now.
To be very honest with you there is no quick get rich scheme nor is there any easy way to make money. And if there is beware of it as it most probably be a scam. I certainly don’t have any quick ways to make money here for you.
Like a hot air balloon it will come flirting down within months to hurt many who get involved.
Do you know that it was the “Dreamer” in you that brought you to my site site today. This Dreamer does not know right from wrong, or real from unreal. It just comes up with a fancy ides such as “lets find a way to make extra income” and off the Dreamer takes you looking for ideas. Most often people look at the internet as Google.com has become a great place to do research.
Like all Dreamers, the one in you too gets scared when the reality hits him that earning extra money means a bit of sacrifice, some extra part time effort as well as possibly some investment of money.
This is when the “Thinker” in you steps in and says that “Can this be worth it?”, “Am I doing the right thing looking at this business opportunity?” or “This sounds too good to be true for a Philippine person to earn US dollars weekly in The Philippines?”
The Thinker in us always tries to rob the Dreamer of his dream.
Soon as the Thinker has his say, we have another friend called the “Story Teller”. He jumps in with all sorts of tales or sad stories about how people in the past never made any money. Most often the Story Teller has no personal experiences to go by on and its all here-say.
Once the mind is happy with Mr Story Teller, it will allow “The Controller” to step in and squash your dream to bits.
This is what happens to so many of us when we start to dream big.
Now its your time to dream and if your dream is big enough and you need support do come into my own Dreaming Room where I shall help you nurse your dream and make it a reality. I will tell you my story about how my life has changed over the last 8 years since 2003. I am living my dream right now and will share it with you if you ask me to do so.

Why Training is So Important In Succeeding In Network Marketing
I attended a training in Manila on the 26th of November by the Grand Alliance Team. This is the merger of four of Usana’s top teams of Independent distributors in the Philippines who have come together to work as one body to share what they know with other Filipinos on how to earn extra income part time. As my team, TDi International is one of the smaller teams we have aligned ourselves with this larger group and being fostered by them. We are happy to be fostered by them.
It was such an inspiring event that I now wish to share my story of that afternoon with you today. The training was held at the Asian Institute of Management in Makati, AIM, by Success Adventures, a well known motivational company here in the Philippines headed by Mr Robert Rances. Now here are my notes…
Do you know that success is simple. Its so simple because it comes to people who just turn up to events, business meeting or just turning up for life whenever you are asked to do so. 80% of Success is just “Turning Up”! Most people either are late or on time so its quite easy to be successful if you take this approach in life by just turning up early. Follow successful people and you will notice all of them value time and the time of others and show up early.
Test Everything!
Remember that when you learn new things you need to test these new ideas. Don’t take them for granted. The only way you can do this is to apply it to your daily activities and see if it works for you. There is no short cut to success. Application is so very important if you want to learn. The mind will learn new ideas if you feed it information. You need to hook your mind into new positive thoughts and move forward in your career.
One of the best ways to hook your mind into learning new things is to write things down. Just as I have done here. I penciled ideas last night and today will spend the next hour or so putting them down here so that I can revised what I learned as well as I can share this information with you so you too can learn from it as well. Are you happy?
Learning by Sound!
Another way to learn is to hear the sound of new things. Verbally repeat ideas or say to yourself and to others around you or those you come across what you want your mind to learn. It’s like learning a new language. This way you train your mind to believe what you want it to think and it will soon follow what you want it to say.
You probably have heard how two people who hear the same thing have two different results. Why is this so?
The Inner Mind
Here is the problem: There is two part to your being- The inner self and the outer self. The inner self must respect and accept success first before the outer self can gain it.
I personally believe that if we pretend that the outer self has it, we can trick the inner self into believing what you want it to believe. But while you are tricking your mind you must do your best to feed it thoughts on what it should do so it works in harmony with the other self.
Unless these two work in harmony you will never see real results come your way in terms of financial success.
So if you are ready for change and want more out of life especially here in the Philippines you must strengthen your mind to accept change. Business opportunities of extraordinary incomes can come and pass you by with you not being aware of them. This is because your mind is not ready to accept them. Your mind will not be able to recognize these business opportunities from the scams around today.
Your mind will do its best to keep you within your comfort zone as it wants to protect you from dangers of the unknown. But how does your mind know what the reality of life is unless you have told it so. So condition your mind to accept change and make it realize that its a natural process of transition to success. Getting out of your comfort zone is ok tell your mind.
Understanding The Two Zone We Are In
Does your mind know what your income is? Yes it know if you have told it so. But does it know that your comfort zone is never equal to your income zone. So if you want a higher income its best to decrease your comfort zone and grow your income zone. Remember that your mind is a safety value to protect you from dangers. But in this case it is acting opposite to what you want it to do. Its protecting you at the expense of making extra income here in the Philippines. The mind will make excuses and creates imaginary problems for you not to take part in your network marketing business.
But in reality your mind is really the main problem here. It is comfortable and does not want you to change and learn new things.
As you now know your problem, and that its your mind, you can now go about and deal with it. Its the root of your problem. So the question is that you can either be RIGHT or Rich. Not Both together!
So if you are not earning every month then you should be learning. Create a desire to learn fast and unless you do so immediately you will never grow and your earning capacity will never income. Your income zone will shrink.
Do you want that? No! So start turning up for meetings from today before time.
Is being skeptical Good?
Remember that being skeptical will shut the doors of opportunity in your face time and time again. Having an attitude of ‘ I know that!’ is very dangerous as you have conditioned your mind to say that even before you have heard the full information in detail. The only way you know something is when you have either lived it or have tested it for yourself. So if you are not earning 200,000 pesos or more a month it’s best to learn from others who are earning. Learn from them so you too can be a success as well.
Now why is training so important?
Its important for the simple reason it helps you prepare for the battles ahead. If you want to have a Level 10 score then you need to train and train until you can deliver 10′s every time you are out in Manila sharing your home based business opportunity with others. How else will people believe you if you do not show you are totally engrossed into what you are doing. To do anything well you really need to do everything, even the most uncomfortable lessons in the book so you can be almost perfect each time.
One of the best ways to gauge if you are doing well is to measure your energy in your business. Remember that if you are doing your business in a hobby way, that is with small or less energy, it will mean you will earn small money. Big energy attracts big incomes. To earn large income turn your energy into a 10 immediately and you will see your income will go up within the next 90 days. You need to go beyond your limits to succeed at Level 10.
