How Good Is Your Company?

Case Study-1:

In today world we are faced with trying times, but inspite of this there are huge opportunities abounding.

PS: If you find my story below interesting how about we connect either through Facebook or get my eNewsletter so I can mentor you. I run a global home based business and look for people from time to time to mentor.

Now for the rest of the story….

People all around talk about hardships and trials that come their way daily. They most often complain about their employers and always want more from their employment rather than say let’s give more to our company and keep our company afloat in difficult financial times.

How about we learn to give before we demand!

I was impressed with a story that my brother-in-law a few months ago narrated. He mentioned something over dinner to a bunch of us guys one night in Brisbane on one of my trips back home this year from Manila in the Philippines. He is a very generous, gracious and unassuming guy and we all love him for his gentle nature. He is over 6 feet tall and is a gentle giant.

Now Frank ( I am sure he won’t mind me mentioning his name here) belongs to a huge mining company in Queensland, Australia and was speaking of special bonuses the mine has for its employees. One such bonus for existing employees at that time was to reward an existing employee if they were to recommend a future employee to the mining company.

What a way to attract staff to a company. Word of mouth advertising is the best recomendation for any company. We all do networking of sorts everyday and this moning company was using existing staff to market their company through word of mouth marketing, Networking!

The bonus was good, around $2000 if I remember right which is probably the wage of the new employee for a week. In other words its a close Matching Bonus to what an employee would get for a week.

 How good was that!

Imagine getting a one OFF “Matching Bonus” for every employee you brought into the mining company. That would pay for any existing bills or even a good holiday if you knew of an electrician the mine needed.

You could set up your own little recruiting agency on the side just to supply workers to the mine, LOL!

Better still what if you came across a deal or a permanent promotion from your company that rewarded you to recommend your company to others. What if this company gave you a BONUS every time the future employee earned and better still what if you got it for 26 weeks of the life of that new employee in your company.

 Would that be exciting!

And here is another more exciting thing. If your company could give you a 100% Match of the future employee’s earnings would you get even more excited.

 I would!

So why do companies do this?

Global companies want to attract the best people into the work force whether it be miners or sales people. Quite often and most often these people are hidden away from the public eye and maybe be known to someone in the existing company.

It’s far cheaper for the company to pay an existing staff member to find a trusted hard working worker than to find an ad with a marketing agency to do the recruiting.

Now the new employee has friends in the company who will train and support him. This is priceless to the employer as the best training is from trained staff. It does not cost more for the company in way of training and the training is the best. there is a vested interest for a trained staff to mentor the new comer.

That’s why they reward you. For all your hard efforts in helping the employer to grow and increase business.

Now there are many home based business offers in Australia, US, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore and Philippines that come close to what I mentioned above but you need to look for them.

If you want more information on what I have been talking about and want an opportunity to earn some exciting bonuses then please do drop me a line through this webpage.

I am sure I can steer you in the right direction with Home based busines ideas.

How Women In Philippines can Earn Part-Time Extra Income

In the Philippines, most women play an important part in adding to the family income, through either full time or part time work helping with the family expences.

Learn how to earn more income part time!

Home based business

Work part-time!

Gone are the days when a family could afford for the housewife to stay at home and be the home maker only. Today due to increased expences women have to take on an additional burden of working out of the home for wages to help compensate and add to the husband’s income. In addition to this work most often these poor ladies have to run the home as well as quite a few men tend not to help generally. This does not happen all the time but is seen to take place in quite a few families.

What happens when the poor mother is a single parent with little or no financial support. It put alot of pressure to feed, cloth and house the family on the single mother.

This is where part time income through a home based business run from home could be an answer to this problem. There are many companies today in the Philippines that offer women an opportunity to work their own hours and yet make an income to suit their needs.

These companies are local as well as foreign which manufacture anything from skincare, handbags, supplements, weight loss products, cleaning products, etc. They may have a lucrative business plan offering women a fair and attractive commision based on the sale of products. These companies use a direct sales model where they pay commisions on the products sold by either you or your team. Each compensation plan works differently so pick one that seems fair to you.

Some of the companies that are worth looking into are Tupperware, Avon, Usana Health, Herballife, Amway, etc. The investment is relatively low compared to a traditional business investments and usually is around 15,000 pesos to 50K pesos. Some investments may be less or even more. Its best to do your due diligence before you commit to any offers. Mind you traditional business models such as hairdressers, car cleaning franchises, dog cleaning franchises, lawn mowing franchises, coffee shop franchises may start from anywhere from 200K pesos to well into the millions for a business.

Traditional business models don’t come with any free training and everything you need in way of support and training is to be paid for. You are basically alone in trying to make it work. Mind you the franchise will offer you training and support at a fee. So in a way you are not alone but in case if you fail you have alot to lose financially.

Most direct sales companies on the otehr will give you free training and support and quite often you will have a mentor to help and train you to get your initial sales and well as improve on future sales. Its beneficial to both the company and the person who is training you to help you succeed. Because when you succeed they do too.

Want to know more!

The good thing is that you are business by yourself but not by yourself in a direct sales enviorment. You will love the fun atmosphere and the mentorship and the frienship that you will make in your own home based business.

How To Make Money Through Network Marketing?

Today I am going to tackle the question on how to make money through multi level maketing. The main issue is here is first putting you at ease with the business structure seen in network marketing.

Read more on our review page

What I found out recently?

I have been talking to many people in the business world and recently had the opportunity to talking to a person who ran a lawn mowing VIP franchise in Australia. These are some of the questions I asked him and he was polite to answer me as I was prying into his persoanl business life.

  • 1. What made you look at a franchise? he said the security of having a parent company with a proven business system and training was important to him. I thought that was a fairly good answer considering the amount of knowledge we need to have before we actually open the doors for a business.
  • 2. What is the average cost of a lawn mowing run or business? Most lawn mowing businesses go for around $30,000 dollars and that does not include the truck, lawn mowers, and other equipment you need. For a business its rather cheap and not too expensive.
  • 3. What are the annual fees that you may incur in a Franchise? Most franchises of this size will cost around $700 per month or around the $7000 to $9000 per year annual cost.
  • 4. What do you get for the fees paid? Nothing except the support of being part of the company.
  • 5. Is training free? No! Any training is paid for and can vary depending on the type of trainin g delivered.
  • 6. What income does an average run except to get in lawn mowing? Around $1500 before running expences and taxes.
  • 7. How many hours a week do you have to work to get this income? Around 50 to 60 hours in teh hot sun was the answer.
  • 8. Can you expect to increase your income over time? No, unless I work more hours.

Now lets see what Network marketing Can Offer you instead?

If you were looking for a home based business in Brisbane, Queensalnd and narrowing down to a franchise , I would suggest that you do some more research as there are other options available that coudl give you a far better return than that of a regular franchise.

Here are some interesting facts of what you may expect from a good network marketing company.

  • 1. Do you get training and support? The answer is yes. All training is free and is delivered both by the parent corporate company as well as the team leaders in your city.
  • 2. The average cost of getting into a network marketing company is around the $500 to $600 mark with cheaper and more expnsive options available depending upon your eagerness to grow your business slower or faster. Around 4 to 5 % of a regular franchise cost.
  • 3. The annual fees are around the $2400 mark or just $200 per month.
  • 4. The $200 per month is for products you may puchase either for yourself or your customers. Much better than a franchise.
  • 5. Yes most of all the training is free and is there is a chrge its normally not more than $15 dollars for a whole day of training.
  • You can expect to grow a 5 or six figure income from this low start up cost of $2500 and the possibility of unlimited potential is also available.
  • You will just need to put in 10 to 15 hours a week in your own home based business.
  • Limited Hours. Your hours never increase inspite of the increase in earnings.
