Here are some tips I have learnt this trip from more successful Distributors in home based business in Philippines:
Before we actually talk business or products with people we should do this. We know that we must lead with the business. So how do we actually get people to ask us what they must do in order to make more money.
Because if they make more money they will not only stay on the products longer but will share the products and the business with others close to them. This will cause duplication and also we can dig deeper into their potentially interested networks.
Here is what I have learnt recently.
Firstly: We need to find out if they are uncomfortable in their job!
Ask this question: “ Are you happy or contended with the amount of income you are currently being paid or do you feel you are worth much more? ”
Now most often the answer is “I feel I deserve more salary.”
Your answer should be: “I need to talk to you soon, I have a solution that may help you but first I need to show you something of importance. Do you have 5 minutes?”
This is what you need to now tell them. This is telling them not sharing…..
Ask these questions in this order:
- What has been your formal education? ( I am going to take becoming a dentist in Philippines, please use the figures relative to your country) The person will answer DENTIST
- Then ask them how long has the course taken them, and the answer will be 6 years.
- You will now ask them how many semesters are there in a year (most often its just 2) and then say well its 12 semesters of study you put in.
- Now ask them how much was a semester and the answer will be p80K, so now tell them that they course actually was a total cost of p960,000 over the six years.
- Then mention to them how much does a young dentist get when they leave college: the answer will be around p15,000 per month before taxes and after taxes it will be around p13500 only.
Second Set Of questions: These set of questions will take only 5 minutes and is to show the person why they cannot meet their commitments monthly (in Australia it will be weekly).
- How much is your monthly rental: p3000
- How much do you pay for food: p3000
- How much do you pay for transportation: p3000
- How much is water and electricity: p1000
- How much is cell phone load: p1000
- How much is internet: p1000
Total expenses (basics) is: p12000
Income less expenses= 13500 less 12000 = 1,500pesos
What about toiletries, medicine, clothes, and emergencies, etc
Do you get the pictures you if you are lucky can save just 1500p a month or p15,000 a year. But this is not possible as we have not accounted for other costs. That’s why you need to live on credit cards.
Imagine if you want to buy a house and a car worth 5 Million Pesos.
Its will take you over 100 years to save that on your rate of savings.
You can buy your house in 12 to 24 months for 5 Million with cash.
Do you want to know how?
If the answer is YES then make an appointment with them to do a business presentation for your home based business.
I will write another article on how to present the business soon.
