How To Build quality networks Within Your Business
We need to know how and why people buy? If you know what your customers are looking for you will find the
 business of building your home based company much easier. Here are a few points to keep in mind.
They like the products:
  • People will buy from you if they are looking for products that you sell. Once you inderstand this it will make easier for you to market well. Do your own research before you select a product line to represent. Look for demand. There must be a huge demand for your products otherwise you will find it hard to break even in your business.
  • The second reason is if the customer likes you, only then will they buy you. This would be the most important part of the business selling process, and the real perceived value is that people actually buy something from someone whom they trust. This maybe called the inner value of the sale.

So what are Inner Values:

Attitude:  Attitude is the most important value that you must sell to your consumers. Make sure they feel you are 100% immersed in the sale and that you have the customer’s interest at heart all the time. Now here is an interesting aspect of attitude seen among Chinese people. When the Chinese get their salary they have savings. They do not spend more money as their income increases. Whereas the Philipino will not save as they make extra income. They spend all they earn and are always in debt.

For example the Chinese will save even if they salary increases. If they are earning 5000pesos they will just spend 2k php on expences and the rest is saved. Now if they have 10 k or 50 k  increase in salary they will use only 2k. It’s always 2k that they will spend on necessities. They are very controlled about expenditure.

We can learn alot from this ethnic growth here in the Philippines. But when the philipino earns they will over extend themselves and have expenses 6k for example. If they a earning 10 k income they will expended to 20k by getting credit cards. They never live within their budget.

There is another value called Outer Value when you approach customers.

Here are key points that help you control the outer value that you give consumers:

  •  Confidence: be confident with your subject and deliver well the information wanted,
  •  Act: Always act as you are the authority on teh subject, thats the only reason why the consumer is with you, 
  • Dress: Dress up for th part, never be badly dressed for a sale, 
  • Talk: Talk politely and listen to your customer’s wants, 
  • Present: Always present teh customer enough material so they make an informed decision.
