Home based business owners should have a game plan in place as soon as a new distributor joins their marketing group. Most networkers do not follow a system and shoot at being successful by placing their success on pure luck. Most Philipinos entering into networking use an employee approach as they would do while working a job.
Here are a few tips that may help you get started on the right footing.
The first thing you should you do after the signup process and the package of products are in the hands of the new distributor is go over the company material which will be most useful to the new member.
Most companies have a magazine or newspaper as mine does and I normally do just two things on the first day with people which normally takes only around 60 minutes.
I dont want to tire the new distributor on their first day with lost of information. All I want to do at this stage is keep the fire burning.
Firstly I want the new mlm distributor of mine to know how exactly how he or she is going to be paid. The faster their know this the quicker they will go out and market and earn money. Earning money is most important if you want people not to quit your organization.
I walk them through the marketing plan, showing them the different steps or ways that they can earn and emphasis the first 3 ways in my company that will put income in their pockets in week one itself if they work hard and quick.
I go over the importance of retailing and building a customer base within their new business. Retailing allows them to get quick cash flow in immediate profits which can pay for business cards, phone calls and transportation. It also helps to get rid of their initial investment of products that they received with their enrollment.
The next thing I go over is how the weekly commissions are obtained and the power of duplication of one self so as to create more income and possibly residual income with a large enough base of consumers and distributors. I show them how easy or simple it to get $100 or $200 usd a week with some part time effort in the first month or so.
The next crucial step is showing them how they can earn maybe 50 to 100% extra per week over and above their retail income and weekly global commision income by way of bonuses.
I emphasis that they must make a choice if they want to either get 50 or 100% extra income.
If the answer is yes, then I make it clear that this extra bonus is not a one off fixed amount to recruit a new person into the company. Rather it’s a bonus paid on your efforts to help the new distributor of yours to earn income and the company will pay 100% of the new person’s income for unto 26 weeks or 6 months of that person earning.
Whow! Imagine earning a 100% match every week for 26 weeks. Is it worth putting in some extra effort in helping others in your network marketing business to succeed.
Yes it is!
Getting the new multilevel market distributor to his or her first cheque is my ultimate goal.
The last thing I go over before the meeting is over is explain the benefits of the top 2 sellers in the business pack they purchased so that they can start to sell immediately and get some money back. Secondly this will instill in them a feeling of accomplishment and confidence that they can do this business.
I then make them commit that they will give me an hour everyday for the next 6 days to go over material that will help them in the home based business.
In the following days we shall cover how to share the company newspaper page by page where each member will first read a page and then share in their own words what is important using the keywords that the magazine has.
Once the 6 days are over they now have their personal product experience, some success in sales and know how to share the business presentation and so moving forward is easy and the duplication process can now start in earnest.
