How Center Agents Can Earn Extra Income Or Money in the Philippines

In the Philippines the biggest employer in recent times have been call centers. Foreign companies are outsourcing work out to Filipinos as its far cheaper to get work done in the Philippine islands as well as the work ethics of the Filipinos are much better than those of the west. They don’t have to worry about long service leave or US award labor rates that they would have to pay in the US to the job counter part that does the same work for more money.

The Filipinos will work for less and work longer hours without complaining. They do this because the income in call centers is much higher than that offered by other local companies and so they put up with the long hours excepting the slightly higher pay. The incentives are reasonable better than other companies and so many people work unusual hours just to to get this better rate of pay.

We are looking at incomes of around 15,000 to 18,000 pesos being offered to call center agents a month. This works out to be around 8 to 9 thousand pesos a fortnight roughly around 100 USD a week. Imagine living on that in the west. This is what is being offered to people in the Philippines.

Most of these jobs offered to the agents in call centers are in sales or after sales service. They help companies to either boost their sales or add value to the after sales process such as trouble shooting or problem solving. Seldom will they be given incentives or bonuses for more sales. If this happens the agent could quite easily double their income to around 40K pesos a month. There are some companies that do look after their staff.

This is pretty good income as compared to the average incomes that are about 426 pesos a day or around 12,000 Php a month. Something like 300 dollars US. If people are careful they can save around 5 to 10,000 Php a month or around 120,000 a year. If these people are in their early twenties they could easily save 4.8 million pesos as savings by the time they get to their early sixties.

The question is what is the value of 4.8 million in forty years. Will the poor agent be able to get the same value as he or she is getting today for the same money. The answer to that is definitely a big no. Inflation is going to eat into it and you probably would not get much for that money in forty years.

So what are the options open to people in the Philippines today if they so wish to beat the rat race and get ahead in life.

I personally know from my experience that selling other peoples products or services is the only answer. Yes it does take a little sweat equity and some consistent hard work for 2 to 3 years but you could be earning more than a million pesos a year in a part-time business helping companies to take their products to market. You are the marketing branch. The company outsources this work to you. Just like a call center agent but now you work for yourself earning the profits. Isn’t that wonderful.

This may sound unbelievable but what have you got to loose by trying. Because whatever you are doing right now is just not doing the job. You will never be able to live the dream life you so deserve.  For more information!

Now here is a small exercise I give to people who come to see me everyday in Makati. I ask them to dream and let their imagination go wild when they do so. They need to focus on what they want and I just ask them to list down five dreams. Most people are taken aback and feel uncomfortable when I ask them to dream. Imagine being asked to dream and then share those dreams with someone. Most people never dream in their work spot let alone at home. Everything is about survival and sadly dreams are only for children. They loose the dreaming power once they reach a age of reasoning. They too stop dreaming. They stop believing in Santa Claus.

So this is what most people dream about:

  • House and lot
  • A car
  • Savings for retirement
  • Education for the children and
  • Travel

I then ask them to list down how much it would cost to have these dreamed realized. Let’s say

  • a house and lot is around 5 million,
  • a car around 2 million,
  • saving in old age should be a minimum of 20 million to counter inflation in 30 to 40 years. That probably be worth only 5 million in today’s money.
  • Education for two children will be around 10 million if they want to study overseas and travel around 1 million.

This all adds up to 38 million to get your dreams.

Now I ask them how old they are. Most people that I speak are around 25 years old when asked how long they will work. The answer is that they will retire at the age of 60. I then ask them how much they are saving. Most people say that they save less than 5K a month. This is understandable as the wages are so low that survival is working pay check to pay check. In spite of that people tend to borrow money to pay pending bills before pay day.

So I tell them what if we were to actually be in the position to save an extraordinary amount in the Philippines and that be around 20,000 pesos.

So with around 40 years of working life ahead we would save 9.6 million over this span of time. That is quite a considerable amount of money but is it enough. We must factor inflation into this equation. Can we get the dreams we listed above. Is that possible.

Absolutely not.

It would take 4 working lives to get what we want. So what is the answer? Probably to settle for less. But is that what we were destined for on this beautiful planet Earth. Certainly not! What if there was really an answer to all this madness.

What if we could get our dreams and get it in 6 to 10 years. Would that we wonderful!

In my company people are leading extraordinary lives. They are earning six figures a month and taking home potentially 200K a month with part time effort in 12 to 6 months. If you were to work part time for the next 3 to 5 years you too would get these incomes. And let’s say in 8 to 10 years you were earning 1 million a month. That would be 12 Million s year.

That’s totally unbelievable especially as you are right now struggling to make 20,000 pesos month.

But what if it’s true and you did so. You would earn 12 million a year and in 4 to 5 years you would achieve all your dreams.

This is what is happening to so many people right here in the Philippines.

Now it’s now up to me to convince you as I really don’t have too. This is actually happening and we are here not to convince you nor the next reader of this post. Working At Home Moms | Business For Moms In Philippines

Working from home ideas
I was sitting in Seattle’s Best Coffee this afternoon in Greenbelt 3 in Makati and could not help
over hearing the conversation between two women that they were so tired of life. The
conversation revolved around children, work and money. They spoke at length how hard it was
to earn extra income, look after the children and still have a life. This was the life of many
people in the Philippines.

If you got to know me you would not be surprised that I connected with these 2 ladies and
shared my business card with them suggesting that I may have a solution for them with a US
company I was associated with.

Surprisingly these two lovely women just spurned me saying they were not interested. I am not
sure if the reason was I was a stranger, or that they did not understand my Australian Indian
accent.

For whatever reason they were being presented the solution or possibly solution to their
problems and they did not take hold of it. Being prepared for opportunities is what makes
people lucky. Luck is the preparedness of oneself for opportunities so when they come we can
recognize them.

Ideas for moms working at home: in Manila there are many such ideas that moms can embrace
and make extra income from home. Actually on the whole I see Filipinos are more open minded
to home based business opportunities.

The main reason is that life is the Philippines is not easy. It is happy and pleasant until sickness
or death or typhoons strike people here. Then there is no back up plan and sadness and sorrow
replaces everything for a while. For this reason people look for a sideline to give them extra
income in the Philippines.

Ideas for working at home for moms in Makati can be found in the direct selling industry. Here
women can work a few hours a week and earn a few hundred or thousand pesos to
compensate their monthly income. This extra income really helps most families in Makati.

Working from home online business ideas: many of the direct selling companies have online
selling facilities for their members to move products direct to their customers in the Philippines
or globally. Everything is set up for these distributors to make contact with potential customers.
Once the contact is made the company takes over, completes the sale and rebates the
commission direct to the distributor responsible for the sale.

Great ideas for working at home are seen in the health & wellness industry. Here these
multinationals need men and women to market high quality products for them. In place are
lucrative commissions and bonuses that are based on product movement.

When you are looking for a home based business opportunity make sure you do your due
diligence and check everything out before you sign up as a distributor for any company.
Always keep this basic check list handy:

  • Look at the founder of the company
  • Look at the company and see if it’s rock solid financially
  • Look at the products and see if they are credible and the best
  • Look at the business plan, is it fair and doable

Business ideas for working women at home: women have so many duties these days. They are
expected to be wife, mother, housekeeper and then support the husband in earning income.
This is a huge strain on our Filipino women and yet they do it smilingly. Today fortunately there
are home based business opportunities here in Manila Philippines that can help women to earn.
They can also try to earn as much or even more than what they could do in a regular 9 to 6
job in Makati.

Imagine working from home and earning extra income part time. Imagine earning over 30,000
pesos a week part time.

Are you open minded to earn more money by working part time. We can help you earn extra
income right here in the Philippines.

How To Earn Extra Income In Makati Manila Philippines

Is this your reality | Can you earn more with a Home Based Business In Philippines Today

Here is a case study on someone I had met over the years. Jun Jun the Call Center Manger

In the Philippines the call center industry is one of the major employers of Filipinos. Today fresh graduates are not pursuing their chosen path of learning but opting to work as a call center agent in companies such as Converges, etc. These companies employ millions of Philippine nationals all of the country in centers that house people in offices like battery hens in a chicken farm.

Every morning and very night millions of people will hop onto buses to the city commercial centers. The trip into the city from the barangays are normally one or two rides away. Each ride is an average distance of 3 km and people pay the base rate of 8 pesos to move that distance. Though this trip may sound short and too close for a westerner who is used to moving from place to place fast, it’s not so in Philippines. A simple trip of 2 or 3 rides may cost you an hour to 90 minutes dues to the pace traffic moves here on EDSA in Manila. In the smaller cities such as Baguio and Cebu City it may be a bit faster.

Jun Jun is a cousin of a friend of mine here in Manila. He lives in Quezon City, about 1 hour away by bus from Makati if there is traffic. He works half way between these two suburbs in an area called Boni Avenue.

So how did I meet Jun. In 2010 I had come from Brisbane to the Philippines and was looking for people whom I could help financially and work with in my home based business. I was looking to expand my existing home business in the Philippine islands and was searching for people who wanted to have extra income to change their lives.

Jun had heard of me through his cousin and approached me to help him get started in the home based business opportunity. Though he was a senior manager in a big call center firm in the city he felt he could not make ends meet. Imagine a manager not being able to pay his bills and provide for his young family. Thats the life of most Filipinos here in Manila.

Through Jun’s eyes I saw an industry, the call center industry, that was burning people out. These people are paid around 25% above the award rate of pay and feel they are doing well. I would say they are if you don’t dig below the surface. We have nursing graduates signing up as call center agents as the pay is well above nursing jobs. The same is seen with accountants, engineers, etc. These fresh graduates are finding that jobs at call centers are plentiful and they are paying well above the award rate.

But there is a downside. These jobs don’t come with sick pay or holiday pay. There are long shifts and most of the jobs are at night to service the foreign accounts held in the west.

This working a night can be quite hard on the human body and many call center agents have stress attacks, hypertension and other health related problems. Call center agents drink and smoke a lot and eat unhealthy foods such as Jolibee and McDos.

Inspire of the high pay I found that most call center agents could not save enough regularly. They lead a highly social life as they worked hard and felt they needed to party hard to compensate the stress. Th heavy drinking at dawn will surely give them fatty livers in a few years.

It’s when these young people like Jun start to have a family that the financial crunch sets in. In spite of the bigger incomes, families are finding that living in Manila is extremely costly and are now looking for ways to supplement their income.

If you are one such person who feels that life can be better you must start to look for a way out of the rat race. I am sure you will find one if you search hard enough. Why settle for a life that does not give you all you want. It’s not fair as this earth is meant for us to enjoy.

I have met many call center agents in my company who are working full time on their jobs to pay their bills and part time with me to build their fortune.

In a home based business you can with a little bit of sweat equity and some part time effort build a serious income over a couple of years here in Manila. There are companies looking for people like you in Manila who can work from home part time. All you need is a desire to learn to market their products and get compensated for the extra effort. Commissions are paid weekly and indexed to the US dollar.

You can use FaceBook to market your products and send people to an online website and if the people buy you get paid.

If you are open to learn more on how to earn extra part time we can help you.

Why Do People Fail In Network Marketing | Learn How To Succeed In Philippines In Home Based Business

April 19, 2012 by

Simple tips on how to be a winner in Network Marketing in Philippines
Why do some people succeed yet some fail in home based businesses in manila. I want to help you avoid common mistakes that most people commit so that you could get closer to your dreams quicker.

Ego: This is one of the most common and probably main reasons why people find working in teams hard. Ego plays an important role in how we work together with each other. Most people hide behind rank and status and fail to come forward and be honest and fair in a team they may be part of.

An example is of a person who spins plates. Spinning more plates in the air does not make you a better spinner. It just increases your likelihood to drop more plates.

So the question is not whether you can do everything by yourself. or can you ask people for help. The sooner you do ask for help you will find you will overcome the many hurdles that normally you would face in completing a job at work. The same goes in your own network marketing business. So how soon are you going to realize that you can’t work alone and that working in a team makes you attain higher ranks, larger salaries or profits.
Andrew Carnegie was known once to point out that: “It marks a big step in your development when you come to
realize that other people can help you do a better job than you can do alone”.

Its so true when it comes to network marketing.  To do something really big in network marketing let go of your ego, and get ready to be part of a Team.
