Relationships between people, one person sharing with another.
This is widely seen among family, friends and office mates where ideas or good tidings are readily shared and accepted.
If something is working well for someone it is shared and accepted, unlike what I have seen in countries such as Australia or Singapore where people live mostly closed lives not trusting each other or scared of change.
What you have learnt and how you have changed?
Watching Filipinos work and live in relationships have changed my way to look at life and work more effectively with people. I have learn’t to make friends with some of the most friendly and and friendly people on the planet.
Understanding people
There are 3 types of people who will join me… Users, distributors and business leaders.
Let me explain each group to you in detail.
Understand the types of people around you and listening to conversations you can easily know how to treat people who may potential help you in your business.
User: these are people who will buy and use your products regularly or semi regularly. They may be customers or distributors so treat them all with the same respect and care you would to a good paying customer.
Distributor: these are people who in addition to wanting to use the products want to make a little part time income in the spare time and will try selling products to family or their work mates. An example of this is our Avon lady down the road. These people are very committed and will strive to earn those extra dollars. They may not be open to building huge organizations and may often just be keen for some extra income only.
Business Builder: these are the two categories above but they also want to expand and build bigger business. These people will go to huge ow gurus to educate themselves, read and increase their knowledge and will build big organizations over time. Finding such a leader is a jewel in your business. Treasure him if you an you will be rewarded immensely.
